Company Profile
LEP typically invests in companies with the following characteristics:
- Revenue of $10 million to $25 million.
- Minimum EBITDA of $1 million.
- Located in the United States.
- Late-stage, mature company. LEP does not invest in start-up operations or businesses with significant risk of technological obsolescence.
- Proven management team in place and committed to running the business.
- Management wants to retain or acquire a meaningful minority position.
